Rocking out from Ellicott City, Maryland, The Dangerous Summer has officially released its debut studio album, 'Reach for the Sun.' Having released the album through Hopeless Records, the band has managed to capture a more meaningful approach to rock music that not many other bands have before.

With music very similar to such famous and well known artists as U2, Jimmy Eat World and Third Eye Blind, The Dangerous Summer has brought out rock music unlike anything most people hear in today's scene. The music blends alternative and rock elements that lets the lyrics have a deeper, more emotional feeling, which allows fans to become deeply connected with the band.

With AJ Perdomo at bass and lead vocals, Cody Payne and Bryan "Van" Czap on guitar, and Tyler Minsberg on drums, The Dangerous Summer has already reached #42 on the Billboard Heatseekers chart, marking the band as one of the more looked at and upcoming bands in the industry. With emotionally driven music that seems to touch an unknown part of every listener's soul, 'Reach for the Sun' is a must listen for the summer, and all pop/rock/alternative fans should have a listen.
